How to quench hunger

You are constantly hungry, but you fear that add more weight? And lo practical tips:

Instead of a spirit drink with sugar, better choose a glass of skim milk. Solid foods satisfy you more.
 

Unbind them instead of liquid foods, such as Super etc..
