It is thought that our planet holds about 8 million km / cubic able to freeze, then ice.
But what happens if all this amount of water in the solid will be watering?
"National Geographic" finished the job with creating some interactive maps that show disaster in
which land would sink if the total quantity of ice at both poles of the planet will melt and flowing into
the oceans and seas.
According to these maps, the Netherlands will "lose under water", as well as a large part of the UK,
including London. Mediterranean waters will swallow Venice, lowlands along the Adriatic, including
Western Lowland of Albania, while Jon Corfu and many other islands in Greece.
